The DMV Realty Assistant program focuses on being your premier Runner. With a few easy steps, send a text or call with your request. We do requests such as:

- Lockbox install/removal
- Directionals Signage install/removal
- Inspection photos for move in/move out, etc with Appfolio or Drive.
- Delivery errands such as shoe covers, documents
- key transfers or drop offs
- open house sub agent
- opening doors for appliance drop offs or removal
- warrent in debt filer at courthouses and other filing.
- and miscellaneous real estate errands.

At per visit rates

- Northern Virginia / WASH DC Rates -
$20 for Real Estate Office pick up / $30 for DC
$40 per Mission / $50 for DC
$20 for retail store assignment IF $40/$50 Mission included. Otherwise $40 VA / $50 DC for store only Mission
$25 for Real Estate Office Drop Off / $35 for DC.
$40 an hour when hourly missions are applicable
